COVID-19 GUIDELINES
In response to the global pandemic, we have developed a COVID-19 safety policy. Safety is paramount, and we will only host our services if we believe they can take place with a reasonable level of safety for everyone involved.
The following guidelines are put in place for your safety and ours. We ask that everyone follow these guidelines.
Be smart, use common sense, and consider the safety of everyone around you. Together with your cooperation and support we can awesome safe sauna experience.
AT RISK?
If you think you have been exposed to a known COVID-19 case within 2-weeks of your reservation, tested positive, or exhibit symptoms, including cough, fever, headaches, fatigue, or trouble breathing, then you may not participate in the sauna service. If you feel there is any chance that you are at risk then please do not come, check with your doctor, and quarantine.
You will not lose your reservation if you can not make it due to COVID-19 exposure or testing positive, simply contact us to inform us that you are not able to make it and would like to change your reservation to a future date.
VACCINE & TESTS
VACCINATION
We strongly recommend being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least 2-weeks prior to your reservation.
Why? Even if you consider yourself to be low risk for infection, you may find yourself in a high-risk situation, such as an unanticipated visit, meeting, or contact with someone who has been less diligent than you at avoiding transmission risk.
Please email us or bring proof of vaccination to your reservation.
The M Ranch Sauna team has been fully vaccinated.
NEGATIVE COVID TEST
We recommend everyone who is not yet vaccinated is tested 3-4 days before your reservation.
Most testing is free, fast, and easy, getting you results in 1-3 days. Visit this page for no-cost testing options. Be aware that receiving results can vary, check with your testing facility to ensure you will receive your results in time for your appointment.
Please email us or bring proof of negative test to your reservation.
FACE COVERING
While the risk of COVID-19 transmission in outdoor settings is very low, and the high heat of a sauna is known to kill the virus. We still need to be safe and proceed with caution for everyone's safety. Please wear a mask or face coverings when coming in contact with the M Ranch Sauna staff. Once you are in the private changing room and sauna area then masks are no longer required unless staff is serving you.
SANITARY
After each session, the sauna, showers, and changing rooms are cleaned, disinfected, and reset to be ready to use for the next guest.
